First, each kayak is meticulously wrapped in high-density, double-layered bubble wrap combined with a 0.1mm thickened PE anti-scratch bag. This creates a soft yet resilient buffer zone that prevents surface friction and protects the hull’s delicate finish from vibrations during truck or ship transit.
Layer 2: 7-Layer Heavy-Duty Cartons
Unlike the standard 5-layer boxes used by small factories, ALS uses industrial-grade 7-layer (AAA-flute) corrugated cardboard. These heavy-duty cartons offer a 50% increase in vertical compression resistance, allowing for stable high-stacking in containers without the risk of collapsing, even under high humidity conditions.
Layer 3: Reinforced Palletizing & Corner Guards
To eliminate damage from forklift mishandling, all shipments are secured onto heat-treated ISPM-15 compliant pallets. We install rigid reinforced corner protectors on all eight edges and seal the entire unit with multi-layer industrial stretch wrap.
