Your warranty period for the inflatable SUP is valid for one (1) year from the date of delivery and is valid provided the product is only used in accordance with the product's user manuals.
Free spare parts will be provided along with the shipment. Your technical inquiry and quality claims will be responded within 24 hr.
We can help you to apply for lab tests and get certification for your branded boats with favorable costs. The lab test charge shall be afforded by the client, and the certification process typically takes one month.
