A custom inflatable floating dock brief should describe the site, intended use, user flow, preferred layout, connection interfaces, access method, branding, operating routine, storage plan, and approval responsibilities. Describe Users, Activities, and Operating Supervision

The brief should explain who will use the dock, what they will do, and how the property will manage access.

Record:

  • Guest, staff, member, or participant groups
  • Whether use is supervised, scheduled, rented, or open access
  • Intended activities and equipment
  • Expected user flow during normal operation

Overall length and width do not explain how the dock will function. Provide a simple plan view showing the proposed zones and their relationships.

  • Required warnings, instructions, or operational labels

Provide released artwork only after the usable print zones and production method have been confirmed. Safety, warning, and regulatory wording should be reviewed by qualified resources for the intended location. The manufacturer can control the approved file and placement but should not be treated as the final legal authority for the wording.
